How did your company get your start? Our company started in 2007 exclusively selling natural lip balm with fun flavours. In 2017 we added bath and body products, with a mission to help people feel good, by using engaging scents, bright coloured packaging, and cheeky product descriptions. And by making products that are luxury without being 'luxury'. We're still a very small company - Just two people - Curtis and Tracy (husband and wife), do everything from designing the products and packaging, to producing and shipping the products. Everything is hand made in West Kelowna, BC
What are your must-have products?
Favourite fragrance: Lavender and Orange...NeroliLavender is amazing...and Coconut always a go to ... It's like trying to pick your favourite child :)
Hand soap, lotion, lip balm get used every single day, & Coconut Milk Soak for any time I need to unwind.
What else should we know about your products?
Our products are never tested on animals. We don't use parabens or SLS. Our products are 100% vegetarian, and many of them are Vegan as well & we make all of the products ourselves, by hand, in small batches.
Our packaging is all recyclable. We use some glass or tins for products that we can, we use amber bottles and jars because they help keep the natural ingredients fresher for longer. We've looked into compostable packaging but unfortunately because we use essential oils they cause the packaging to break down prematurely. We use packing peanuts made of cornstarch that dissolve in water & any paper products that we use in any of our packaging is made of 100% recycle paper. Our tissue is compostable & We're constantly looking for ways to improve sustainability and reduce our dependancy on plastic.
What will people love right away?
On the product side people will love the scent, the textures, and the fun bright packaging. On the brand side people will love that we're down to earth, like to have fun, and love what we do.
